  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • We have 6 monthly reviews with our apprenticeship mentor, however, I wouldn't say then input or help any more with my qualifications although they do say we can talk to them if we need. Our teachers for my ACA study are so supportive I do not need anymore support elsewhere.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It does help with confidence and perhaps presentations, but other than that, I do not feel I have learnt anymore than what I was already doing. As the apprenticeship is quite general to business qualifications, we do not talk about accountancy specifically. We do presentations on general stuff like social media, leadership etc.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Yes. Lots of networking events evert work. We have young professional event's. Often meals. Annual away day with whole firms etc.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Albert Goodman to a friend?

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • I believe they are good with clients, very helpful, good reputation, reliable. Great client care. I do believe they should support the extra work involved with the apprenticeship more though as this is all done in our own time when it wasn't our decision to become apprentices.

    • Confidence. Experience. Read up on Albert Goodman.
