ETD Operations Review

I work in operations for the investment bank at UBS in the exchange traded derivative client charging team. On a daily basis we deal with commission queries from clients usually relating to a discrepancy they have with what they have been charged by us for a trade. We also talk to the sales team to avoid us making losses.

The general overall structure seems well put together but not so much so specifically in each area. Some roles seem to have a more structured training plan than others.
