Learnt lots of skills relating to banking through my exams, internal training and through colleagues who I work with on a day to day basis.
I enjoy working in UBS, they are employee focused as a business. Working within the Manchester team is ideal as its creates a small business feel within a large business.
Well structured between The Skills Company, Fitch Learning and UBS. They work together to ensure we can make the best use of training sessions and get all support needed.
I have plenty of support through the office and through online systems and my manager.
Plenty of training through fitch learning.
Gives me a better understansding within my role.
Lots of apprentice social activities as well as networking opportunities.
