I help out in the workshop maintaining vehicles. I do servicing and inspections, I help to keep the workshop clean and tidy. when on days I help to keep the ATF lane run smoothly and efficiently. I help other technicians with jobs and fetch tools. everyday is a new day to learn
I have learnt new skills like fault finding and repairing said faults, I've learnt a small amount on welding this skill could be improved by some more practice. I'm still improving on my time management.
I enjoy the programme quite a lot as the team I'm with is a great team. the atmosphere makes me want to stay, the company is good to work for and meets expectations
the programme is organised well, I enjoyed doing the tests at the end of the blocks. I would've preferred it to be in a different order but overall worked well
