My role is to make sure the right parts are being stocked and put in the correct locations, also i have to empty all bins that are full and generally make sure the store is neat and tidy at all times. Picking slips are handed to pick certain parts for customers when needed.
I have learnt skills within computing including the following, finding locations for parts, how to print out invoices for customers, how to input data involving parts that we didn't stock and relocating certain items. Check stock quantities within the store, familiarizing myself with part locations making them easier to find when requested.
I enjoy my programme because there are many opportunities lying ahead that could lead to promotions ect, the staff i work with are polite and respectful and i enjoy working with them, the tasks i proceed with daily can be simple although some are more difficult than others but i enjoy working here.
In my own personal opinion i think my programme is very well structured i am not familiar with all the details but up to my knowledge i can say that it is well put together as there are certain training methods and open days i am yet to find out more about.
i receive 100% support in every task i am about to proceed with so there are no mistakes to be made, my employer tries his hardest to keep me busy when necessary and answers and questions or ideas i may have. If i'm feeling unwell or having any problems he will help my in any way that he can.
I have only had one meeting with my training provider which must of been around early January time and he gave me full support with what i need to be doing and task i need to be fulfilling before out next meeting, unfortunately i am no longer his client and i'm waiting to meet my new provider sometime this month.
my qualification educates me within the department and helps me to become more familiar with certain things and how to build key communication skills with staff (which is very important), also all risks and hazards are displayed in a few of the modules so therefore i have a good understanding of how to avioid.
there are no extra-curricular activities at my workplace that i know of although i think this would be a good idea to build up key relationships with staff which can make work more enjoyable to some extent, good relationships can lead to getting the job done better because people will want to get involved with what you're doing and help if necessary.
Yes
Because the staff are good hard working people who deliver respect to all candidates and also help you to fulfill tasks more efficiently, more to the reason i think the building is well structured with lots to offer such as, cantine, toiletries and hot beverages such as coffee available on request.
If you are applying for imperial commercials (which i personally highly recommend) then proceed with it fully and do anything necessary to secure your role here with us, if you have any questions then feel free to ask at any moment in time, last but not least be confident but remain in a professional manor.
