  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the programme as everyone is aware of what I am doing and when which enables the balance to be kept. I also enjoy the course, with Project Management there isn't a restriction on what sector you wish to pursue either construction or IT just a couple of what you can go into.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say that the structure to the programme is very well structured as it is clear as to what would need to be done when and to what level. I definitely see a clear structure to mine as my line manager and L&D Advisor making sure that I know what's going on with my apprenticeship.
