From starting with BAM Nuttall I have developed greatly. Starting at Leeds college of building I completed my level 3 NVQ and learned key skills which helped me progress. Since then I have been pushed to achieve my best working on site.
I love the work I do because every day is different and I get to work with and meet some great people.
The program is structured well.
We receive a great amount of help with achieving our qualifications.
There are lots of extra curricular activities to take part in at work.
Yes
I would recommend the scheme to people because of the huge variety of things i get to work on and how the job has helped me progress as a person.
Its a great way to get into the industry and earn while you learn.
