| help to maintain a 27 floor story building, doing a multitude of different jobs from fixing a light to maintaining an air handling unit. I also carry specific jobs that are assigned to me on an monthly or weekly basis called PPM's, which stands for Plan prevented Maintenance which could be flushing to prevent legionella or meter readings.
I have mainly learnt about equipment used in a typical office building to help it run such as motors, inverters, air handing units, building management systems and how to maintain them. I built on my existing electrical knowledge and problem solving skills.
