Also i respond to emails and phone calls from the Business Mangers of our Rolls-Royce sites to help them over any questions. I also help customers over any questions or queries.
I have definitely learnt new skills and developed on ones that i aready had. I have learnt how to use certain systems that i had never seen or used before such as FAMOS and SEAL. I have also developed my reporting skills on Excel as i use this heavily to give inofrmation to my managers.
I enjoy my programme as it helps me put the knowledgei have learnt from ym role into a fromat which i can refer back too if needed. I also enjoy the reserching we have to do as it helps me network within the business, as i will have to get into contact with other departments to find thei nformation out.
I find the structure of my programme helpful, as it clearly states when i need to cmplete certain modules and how to complete them, which also gives me a way to ee if i am falling behind or on track. Also having monthly reviews with my mentor helps as they can offer any guidance you want to help you complete your work
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have always been able to approach people within the organisation to help me with certain aspects of my apprentiship. Also they are interest in how i am getting on, as they want to get invovled and find out what it is i am doing.
We have been given mentors, who are there to review our work once we submit it to make sure the work is up to standard of acheiving the pass/distinction pass mark. Our mentors are als othere to help us over any issues we may have within our work place or anything that may hinder us on completeting the work.
I feel that the qualification has helped me to perform in my role better, as it helps back up what i am learning and put it into practise. i have learnt os much on compliance and regulations, which when i first started had no idea about, but now i have learnt them i dont need to keep asking as i now am cnfident doing it myself.
There are loads of extra curricular activites to get involved in at my job, i have manage to et involved with setting up a little 5 a side football team which helps me see and talk to other departments. Also there is thing during work which you can get involvedin such as coffee club where you go for a coffee and get talking to other people.
