I ensure that staff and managers are following procedures correctly. I coach shift runners and give them advice on how to use the tools which are available to help them run better shifts.
Yes I have gained many skills which have helped me develop into a confident, competent assistant manager.
I enjoy the programme however work/life balance is sometimes a struggle to manage.
Very organised. I know what I need to do to progress.
I receive a lot of support from my peers as they want me to succeed.
I get guidance and help with my work.
It gives me external knowledge outside of McDonald’s to help me think out of the box.
