Preparing accounts for a variation of entities.
There are a wide range of new skills you have to learn while here on the apprenticeship. This also includes building on your current skills such as communication, teamwork and adaptability.
I enjoy my programme a lot as I enjoy the job and the learning curve that comes with it.
Internally, the programme is very well structured, however the third party college who we are learning with has proven to be quite poor.
My employer and department provide plenty of support. Due to the amount of people on this programme they have had plenty of experience dealing with this type of programme.
The training provider will help sit your exam through courses and exam, however the tutors are very unreliable and have caused stress due to the lack of help and teaching.
The course as a whole helps me perform in my daily job, however as mentioned, the tutors do not help as much as I would like.
Networking and social events are held quite regularly. This includes a regional sports day and young professional events.

As a school leaver, the benefits and supports provided for this type of programme outweighs many other routes at my ages, such as university or full time employment somewhere else.
