The programme was definitely worthwhile. A key eye-opener for me.
I feel extremely valued as I was faced with first-hand exposure to what eveyrone does.
My programme could have been more organised in terms of schedules and task-setting but for a company liek BDO this is difficult to provide given the diversity of all that it does.
My manager was able to support every aspect of my work as well as helping me with any queries regarding how to use company systems and fit in to the company in general
BDO provides round-the-clock support in terms of IT, HR and Personal Development all of which I had quick access to.
