At anchor housing I am a customer center advisor. Every morning I will do the post and hand it out to the advisor who's post it is. Then I will check the uc inbox so see if there is any forms for me to fill out and sort out
I have learnt a few skills by working here like how to use email and how to send emails. more social skills by interacting with other team members. how to log repairs when something needs fixing in one of the cat 1 or 2 locations I have also developed more with typing fast.
I don't really enjoy my programme as I do not think it is for me. also I do not think there is a lot of things to do here as I always complete my work then there is no work for me to do and I do the same thing all the time.
The structure of the studying part is very good you can always get help or just drop them a email if you do not get any bit of your work. they will come in to work once a month to see how your doing and if you need more help.
I receive a lot of support from my employer if I need anything I can just ask them. they are always making sure I am ok also they have took the time to help me with my maths and English they have gone out of there way to help me
