Yes. Coaching skills, excel skills and accounting skills

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy that I learn a lot on the job, but the hours are way to long. So much so that it is unhealthy and a few people on my team ended up in hospital

Yes very well structured programme, although the distribution of FS across the clients should be better

Not enough staff on certain jobs

A lot. Its uni based

It does help, but you defo learn more on the job

Yes, our teams have many extra currocular acivities

Yes

Only from career perspective. Work life balance does not exist here

Be mentally ready to sleep less than 6hours a day for 3 months
