  • I enjoy that I learn a lot on the job, but the hours are way to long. So much so that it is unhealthy and a few people on my team ended up in hospital

  • Yes very well structured programme, although the distribution of FS across the clients should be better

  • Only from career perspective. Work life balance does not exist here

  • Be mentally ready to sleep less than 6hours a day for 3 months
