    • My role and responsibilities is to make sure that work is undertaken up to standards and make sure that the work environment is safe to work in.

    • I have gained more knowledge of the construction industry and how it works, who is responsible for what. I have also learned how to use BIM 360 and 4 projects.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I get to learn new things every day, meet new people and work part of a team. On top of that, I'm doing a course which is paid for and I'm getting paid too.

    • I feel like it is well organised as I was able to have a good overview look as I have experienced different roles which include site management, engineering and health and safety.

    • If there is any struggle that I'm having with something, the company is happy to help in any way.

    • I Feel that the qualification would open me to more opportunities and would give me more insight in to the construction industry when it comes to the legislations and regulations.

    • Yes, the company invests us all to different types of events from the annual ball to football matches.
