I get to learn new things every day, meet new people and work part of a team. On top of that, I'm doing a course which is paid for and I'm getting paid too.
I feel like it is well organised as I was able to have a good overview look as I have experienced different roles which include site management, engineering and health and safety.
If there is any struggle that I'm having with something, the company is happy to help in any way.
I Feel that the qualification would open me to more opportunities and would give me more insight in to the construction industry when it comes to the legislations and regulations.
