I work in the damage department I have to deal with peoples enquiries regarding there claim. I deal with the vehicle, hire and some of the liability of the claim.
Yes, i have developed my commination skills learnt how to deal with different people and different personality. We had connect training where they break down and how you spot the different personality in someone.
I enjoy dealing with the different enquiries i come across everyday what make actually think. Because, you can also learn from it.
Overall the job training is well however, in terms of the qualification i believe that there could be a change by actually teaching about it rather than be given a book.
As an employer, i have a good amount of support. for example if i do not understand a enquiry I can ask someone with more experience to break down and explain to me.
Its good but it could be improved by actually teaching it.
It helps me understand insurance more and actually breaks down the specifics of the job role.
