I take calls from customers and try to help them through their claims experience. I also raise payments to other insurers and have talks with them in regards to liability. I currently am working off spread sheets instead of taking calls to try and reduce the department work load which .

Great company to work for and very supportive throughout the apprenticeship
Be prepared to take on a lot of information at first and that you cannot learn this job role in a day it takes time and can be difficult at times.
