I work on the retention line for motor retentions where I will do my absolute best to see if I can help retain a customer for the business.
I've learnt a lot more about myself as a person, and learnt how to be more confident with how I am with customers and other things aswell. I've learnt leadership skills.
I enjoy the program as it keeps giving me something to work for, I always want to progress and the program enables me to do so.
Throughout our programme there have been a few hiccups at first, with tutors cancelling on us, and planning times being inaccurate but other then that its been good and well organised.
Any support which is necessary, always asking for feedback on if we need any extra help.
We have their personal email address and a contact number where we can contact them whenever we need to do so which is great! they also come in every 3 weeks to discuss and go through certain parts too.
I've learnt a lot more doing the qualification than I think I would just doing the extra role as it goes into more depth so I get a greater understanding of the insurance industry.
There are plenty of opportunities and social gatherings throughout the company, recently they've hosted a pub quiz which was a really good social event to get people talking and to have a good laugh.
Yes
I believe Direct line is a great company to work for as there are plenty of opportunities for progression and there is always extra support when needed.
Go for it! don't be scared to be confident and strive to be great.
