I feel that i have developed my communication skills as we have to deal with customers on a day to day basis and also asking around the office for help in certain aspects
I enjoy my role here as i like the people in the office and i like to help the people and deal with different queries in different ways
The programme is well structured as we have allocated time for us to carry out our training and we have a trainer that comes in on a monthly basis
We receive alot of support as they give us time to carry out our training for the course and there are many people around the office who can help as they have experience in the job role
Our training provider has a trainer that comes in on a monthly basis and helps train with us.
The training in the course and the trainer helps as it is all information and skills i can use with my day to day job and helps me to understand it a bit better.
We have seminars which are about the job role and also about other aspects of the business
