Answering Calls and Dealing with customer requests.
I have developed my customer service and interpersonal skills as well as my ability to use Santander's programmes to service requests.
I wouldn't really say it's a question of enjoying as the programme as we rarely get opportunities to complete any apprenticeship work, but the role is amusing to a certain extent and is well paid - despite being paid less than non-apprentice colleagues despite doing the same work.
Little effort from Santander to arrange time in our shift pattern to complete work but BPP people are usually available and give good advice, just a shame we don't get time to follow through with it.
A lot in terms of the role; not a lot in terms of completing the apprenticeship - no time allocated for us!
Good support, frequent contact and opportunities to visit.
Not at all, I have the required skills already.
Yes, football and occasional social events (namely the Christmas Party), though I don't get much time to engage in them due to other commitments.
Yes
Good environment, supportive employer, fair wage, good incentives, would not recommend the apprenticeship though!
Just be yourself; if you are true to yourself and don't get the role it's not meant for you so move on!
