  • 9a. Would you recommend Direct Line to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Direct Line to a friend as it is a great company, who treat each employee with respect and cater to any needs that an employee may have.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Direct Line?
  • I would tell them to be confident in their interview at first, as although it can be daunting, once you start it really is more sociable than business-like. Also at first the job can seem like there is a lot to learn, but it does come naturally over time.
