my role at Santander is to provide customer service every day and to dealing with our customer banking needs every day and to be providing a good service level to our customers and also to be learning new thing everyday which will contain some class room training and also receiving some feedback from our manages to keep on improving and also we build a portfolio at the end of the year
since I have joined this apprentaship as it was my first job and I have learnt a lot of new skills and also have how to talk to a customer improve my soft skills which will improve the way I talk to my customers and how I can adapt to all the different customers
I really enjoy this job as there is a lot to learn about and even though I have learnt a lot and there is still thing to be learnt day by day and I really enjoy that I also have learnt a lot about the banking world and have gained a lot more knowledge about it and also when learning it made and presented very well which I found really good
the programme that I have just had was very well structured and I was split into different section which made it a lot easier to learn and also made the job that I do more sense as we learnt a lot of thing in the training room that have helped us with our job role aslo it was all relevant
the amount of training that I have received is very good as we receive a lot of training before we do our job role to make sure that we are proving good service to our customers and we get experienced colleagues sat with us when we are taking calls to make sure our customer receive excellent customer service
we do receive a lot of training form our training provider as we receive relevant information form them to make sure that we are doing our job correct and we also can have extra support if needed from our trainers. our manager have one to ones with us to to tell us how to improve and also what we have been doing good.
I fell that the information that I have received from our training provider is a really good amount as all the information has helped us in our job role and they also break it up so that it is a lot easier to remember and also gives us a image of how our job will be.
at Santander we can get involved in a lot of activates such as football which raises money for charity and also we have charity days where we raise money for charity. And then we also do charity days where we go out of work and help our local community where we can do different activity's.
