On a Day to day basis I start ,my day off coming into work and starting my day logging on to my computer and reading any emails and catching up on what's changed. I then get ready to take calls from customers and help them with their queries and any trouble.
I have learnt many skills, all the Santander 9 behaviours and how to apply them to my roll also the training of different types of customers and the feel felt is a good skill. the training is very well adverse and a lot of good in depth information and well packed training
I am really enjoying the programme and its a good experience, its something different with the whole being on calls and doing some works and assessments so its a bit of both, so its a good mixed of it all. its a fun learning programme with lots to do and lots to learn
its quite organised and the training is well spaced out and its also a well informed programme with lots of support and help available to us all the training is great and well planned and it supports us in at different stages of our apprenticeship as we go along into the programme
from my employers I received lots of support my manager has always helped and made time for anything I needed and helped me in asking if there's anything I need and chasing up things that needed completing. my manager is always doing things like marking calls to support my end assessment
I received a good amount of support, a little more structure in the support would be better. more one to ones and more side by side support and some more feedback. maybe some more guidance in 1-2-1s about where we are at and what needs to be done and some timescales
it most certainly will its taught me some skills that I will be able to take along to any role. some active skills and great customer skills how to deal with different types of customers who we approach on a day to day basis and how to deal with angry customers and upset customers
if there are any activities that I feel I will enjoy I would happily put myself forward. sometimes there is a chance to get involved and help organise things too so if its something I take fancy towards I will put myself forward to join and try to help out
Yes
its a great company to work for with many opportunities and lots of support available, a lot of one to one support and training and side by side coaching too, great managers and lots of chances to move around and learn more and take part in team meetings and learn more about the company
you can work for Santander with no knowledge of banking but they always offer you amazing training and support to help to you with your role at Santander and a good amount of 1-2-1 support and coaching from managers and peers who you will also support you on the floor
