I am a personal banker, my day to day job involves conduction customer appointments to help them with heir banking needs. showing and talking through our range of products and discussing with customers how these can help them with their needs. building a relationship to help customers achieve the most from their finances
during my apprenticeship it helped me develop a wide range of skills, from how to effectively build relationships with customer and how best to work in a team and develop our skills as a collective to achieve and deliver what is required of us so that we can become the best
the program was engaging and challenging and made me constantly evaluate if what I was doing was correct, were there better ways to do this and think about everyday tasks in a different light to ensure that I was growing and developing my skills to become more focused on achieving the right outcome
the programme was, well structure there were weekly web lessons with tutors we had set modules to read and revise and tasks and activity's to complete. collating and righting about the lessons and how we applied them and creating a portfolio of work to show our development over the programme
my employer provided regular support always giving me more than enough help. always gave me time that I needed to do revision and helped me develop and build my portfolio giving me adequate time when necessary in order for me to complete what was needed of me during the programme
my training provided regular support always giving me feedback. always gave me gave me support in develop and build my portfolio giving me feedback and information in regards to how I could build and what information was required in the portfolio to best display how I had used and developed.
the qualification has given me the miscarry confidence to help me in my day to day role, supporting me to develop and work better in a team and given me the right tools to help support and grow within my team in order for us to help customers with their day to day needs
