I work in the technology side of the bank when it comes down to coding, data, office packages the lot. This can be interesting as everyday is different with new tasks arising etc.
Yes I have become a better coder and my knowledge has enhanced a lot when it comes to the IT side of the bank.
Everyday is a new day, getting a degree as well as experience is key to allow individuals like ourselves to have much more experience than certain individuals,
Very well, there are cohorts and the emerging talent team keep control of everything when it comes down to us apprentices which is excellent
Loads of support, some of us are experienced some are new and have just come from school which enables us to have and need much more help which we truly do receive
A lot of support we can contact them whenever, and usually contact is reasonable.
It is very relatable and there are many links which allows our studies and day to day job to link and make us better in our role
Many networking events and charities etc, also sports as we are sponsors for the champions league
Yes
Great experience a degree as well as on the job learning is excellent
apply as soon as possible and try getting to the assessment centres as you have nothing to lose
