I currently work for Santander, and completed a apprentice program to become a professional banker. Santander gives you so much potential to complete different qualifications to help me progress within Santander and learn more about the banking sector.
I have learn about Risk within banking, mortgages, banking, savings and investments.
I really enjoyed working with the other colleagues within the program and get to know other colleagues in other areas of the UK that I would never have interacted with. It really helped bring us together and work as a team.
BPP worked as hard as they could and helped resolve any queries we had
A lot of support and also they provided extra days in the branch that I could use to revise and they always helped and are very supportive.

I think it has helped with my knowledge and also my awareness and really helps with my day to day job as a personal banker and I feel more educated within the banking sector compared to some colleagues who never got the chance to complete the qualification.
