i enjoy my program a lot as it is very practical, what i mean by that is i get to learn while im working, this give me such a great opportunity for my future as i will have enough skills as i am working with the client firectly while doing my degree

The organization and structure of the program is really good, the way the program is structured, it allows you to complete work as well as complete any assignment that you may have. they also allow you to have extra time for any coursworks or other activities you might want to complete

we recieve a lot of support from the employer, they give us enough time for us to do our job well, we get additional of 125 hours per year for us to study while we are working with clients, this allows us to finish our coursework on time without any problems

the training provider does give us support, they let us email them with any questions we may have regarding our coursework or assignement, they introduce workshops weekly for them to go over any information we have missed out during our lectures. we have a skills coach who helps us go through everything we need support in

the qualification given by the training provider helps us a lot during work because it gives us the skills for us to do our day to day job with a manner like we are a full time emplyee, they give us enough traiining for us to feel comfortable with during work

yes, there a lot of extra-carricular activities to get involved in at work. we have social activities like events, we have team meals every month, we have an activity session every month. we have yearly. monthly events where they teach you lot of things, this allows us to network and make a big impact at the company

i would recommend Accenture to any one to be honest, this company is massive and has over 240,00 employees, it allows us to grow our skills an participate in activities which helps you for the future, the fact that a 18 year old doing client work clearly shows how much skills you can learn in the company

the tips and advise i would give to people is that, make sure you have enough passion for the things you do at work an make sure to be always open minded for the things you do, never give up and always structure your time as the work load can be massive in go live times
