its good because you make new friends but your on mainly on one job and the team leaders treat you like other workers and don't treat you like a student
ive learnt customer service on the phone
its not to bad but every now and then I feel like I want to leave and not come back because if you don't hit a target you will get it in the neck big time
I don't know what to say because I've been on inbound booking for a while and we are post to be learning everything within the customer service role
the respect is good because they will do everything they can to help you and they have banter with you
not to much and some support. the reason for this is because you get time to do the course work but when you need help they don't really help you
I don't think it does because end of the day we are just a number to the company and I feel like they care about the stats and the results. not the workers
there's a gym and me and some other workers has started playing football every Friday trying to make a football team outside of work
Yes
its good to start off a customer service world and to start of in the working world
wok hard and play hard and don't mess about.
