Engineeriing Apprentice First Year @ Bombardier Rail operative Genral duties will be how to maintain the railway infurstucture and trains to a high standard Amazing Learning Experience ! Also great knowlege and skills obtained money is an added bonus as it keeps you going, throughout your career path.

95% I enjoy my programme as it has allowed me to become independent and take responsibiity for my work. Also this programme has equiped me with essential skills and knowledge needed for the job.
More resources should be provided. This could inculde more videos and creative activites should be provided. This to help breakdown the barrier of understanding things. Orgainsation could be improved as more practical lessons should be given but over all everythig else is well structured.
Employer is very supportive but communication could be improved
I receive all the support and training resources that I require and when in any doubt they are always happy to help
The qualification provided through the training provider has allowed me to understand some of the basics principles and concepts of Engineering. This in return has allowed me to perform better in my role as it has allowed me to think on my feet and find solutions to problems. Also has allowed me to become independent.
Yes there is a gym provided for Bombardier Aprentices at the college for use for half price

This is because taking part in this apprenticeship allows you to earn while you learn become independent, gain essential skills and vital knowledge and gain a great qulification over all you gain hands on real life experience in the enviroment you may be placed in
