I work in the sales energy department. My role is to sell energy and gas through third party intermediates. I am the acquisition manager of an account list, and I am providing prices for my TPI's customers. After the proposal, I have to negotiate with my TPI in order to secure the contract.
Sure! I am developing my communication and sale skills, time management and prioritising. I am gaining deeper knowledge in audit and finance department.
It is the first month of the apprenticeship, I enjoy working in sales team. Currently, the majority of my time is working on the job. I think that next months we will receive more apparent. courses- workshops and we will dealing more with the qualification's tasks.
I have already received the annual agenda of our apprenticeship. Until now I received 2 workshops for the apprenticeship which were really organised and I gain a lot of knowledge. It is the first month, so we did not have a lot of interaction in theoretical level with the qualification. It's more working on the job.
100%. Especially my managers are really supportive. Whatever I needed they are always offering me help, advices; they are an important part in my experience and my personal & professional development as well. I can confirm that all the employees in E.on as well are really helpful, open and always available to contribute in whatever task there is need.
Taking into consideration that it is the first month, the training provider help me a lot with many questions I had (e.g. in technical level- platform using, English & math assessments). They provided us with all the useful contact details.
First month, not spending a lot of time working on the qualification. My employer provides me many trainings and workshops that definitely help me to perform better.
Probably there are.
Yes

Career progress. Many working opportunities also in other departments and other cities- countries( where E.on is locating). The majority of the employees work here many years, this proves that due to the culture and opportunities they had the opportunity to be progressed and they enjoy the E.on's atmosphere as well.
Have an interest in energy sector, it is the future in the business market. Matching the values with E.on's values. Be open to change! To learn and be developed.
