My every day to day basis is servicing vehicles and maintaining vehicle servicing to manufactures specification. The odd occasion I may have more advanced jobs to get stuck in to which I enjoy. General punctuality and housekeeping is also kept on a daily basis. My role is an apprentice vehicle technician.
Yes I have learnt many skills. Skills I have learnt involved remove and replacing light vehicle components and the other skills I have learnt is diagnose light vehicle parts and components and replacing them, I have expanded these during my stay as an apprentice I wish I could get stuck into more interesting jobs
I enjoy my programme when I am doing different things and not doing the same thing on a day to day basis. I have met great people along the way of my apprenticeship weather that is being in the work place or at college. I enjoyed being at college and learning new things there
It has been satisfactory with disruptions coming from the training providers employees being my assessors who come out to my work place. Having this problem meant I have to do a lot of work over again as it got lost but mainly it is well organised when the correct staff has been put on the job
I received great support from my employer. They give me help if and when I need it. They have helped me out where it has been jeeded to expand my knowledge and growth as a vehicle technician and in all I have received sufficient support during my duration on the apprenticeship
The training provider at the Henry Ford academy have helped me out loads which has been a really good experience to do down there and to learn from them. There was some issues at the college with teachers but that issue got addressed to so and was amended quick. Now everything is good
My qua.ification has helped a lot due to the fact I am competent in for filling my job role and any jobs I am required to do in my workplace and I am quite happy being taught the correct things from the training provider to make me a better technician
There isn't many extra curricular activities going on but I do many outside of the workplace including boxing and football. It would be nice to do some activities but there isn't any. The workplace tend to organise work nights out but that is about it. Which can be good
Yes
They offer good benefits. They offer good discount They offer a good place to work The staff at the workplace can be good They pay wages average and if you recommend a friend to work here you get a reward for doing so which is a incentive to do so .
Always be truthful what you can or can't do Always be aiming to be a better person If there is any help that is needed there is someone who can help you There are many companys inside pendragon so if you wish to change company but still be apart of pendragon ir is still possible
