I carry out my job as normal, making notes on any unusual interactions or tasks I perform. I am given tasks to work on each time I meet my advisor, such as new ways of communicating with customers and work more efficiently. This course is giving me confidence to try different tasks that I wouldn't have normally undertaken.
I have learnt new ways of dealing with customers and how to identify the needs of different customers. I've learnt a lot about data protection and how our customers data is used and why. I have developed lot of confidence in my job and feel I perform more efficiently

It structured in very manageable sections, giving variety within each module such as videos, poster making and short essays. I have a personalised plan on a tablet that was given to me, which is ideal as you can keep everything in one place, no paperwork will go missing. I can also view q timeline so I always know where I am up to and what my next steps are

Just be yourself, make sure you can work as part of a team. Tesco is very much a job where you need to be a team. It is also so important to be aware of waste and the environment. Tesco work hard to do good for the community and environment.
