Working with software to run test and fulfil task. Going to Cabinets to connect customers to fibre broadband. Working with customers to fit the phone line and broadband. Fixing faults that occur on business and customer lines.
yes. I've learnt new engineering skills towards my job
I enjoy it a lot as it's been very practical, as well as being qualified in a lot of areas.
It's fairly organised and structured. There are areas were feedback from employees are necessary
A lot of support is provided as a trainee. In regards to the apprenticeship I would like further support in having a person assigned to deal with individuals from day one.
Enough support to help with becoming familiar with the course. Further support is always helpful to ensure you get fully qualified
I would say 'OK' to a certain degree. What helps more is the on the job training via other colleagues
Non that I know of so far, But there's Union meetings, and private chartered meetings for members
