Doing the jobs other people don’t want to do, not learn anything at work only at the bmw training academy. Currently in my third year, don’t get helped at work, just get used for cheap labour and no decent money is paid.
Yes at bmw academy, i have learned basics at work but not really learned anything since my first year to be honest.
I enjoy working on cars, just not at my work anymore. No challenges provided. Same stuff everyday.
Crazily unorganised.

As much as they can help me. Bmw are brilliant and do actually push apprentices.

Terrible to work for, no perks, don’t pay overtime, and don’t even get a thank you off your own manager for working for free outside your contracted hours.
Don’t. Go too sytner or another reputable dealership. Steer far away as possible.
