My role at the AA is handling incoming calls and broken down customers, I take calls all day dealing with breakdowns and also payments and complaints, my main role is to put breakdowns through on the system and send the patrols out.
Yes ive learnt how to handle difficult customers and calls.
I do enjoy the programme im on ive leant a lot while being here in such little time.

when ever I need support theres alsways someone there either from the mangers or the apprentices everyones so helpful.
all the support I need
it helps a lot knowing that at the end of the course ill be getting a qualification weather I get a full time job here or not.
there are activities outside working hours on special occasions like e.g Christmas and bbb nights.

because its a nice environment to work in, everyones friendly and you've always got that support.
