Within working at the Automobile Association I complete multiple tasks daily, I answer calls for people that are broken down we make people that are in dangerous locations our main priority to get them help and make them feel like they are in safe hands again. Not only people who are in a dangerous location but our members that are broken down at home too we help to the best of our ability, if they have a flat battery then we will get somebody out and make sure that we jump start them or bump start them and answer our members queries and problems to the best of our ability.
I have learned customer service skills as I create confidence within myself to talk to people over the phone and not only on the phone but also on the office floor I have got a lot more confident in person and feel like I have improved and got the skill that has improved my formality.
I enjoy my program as it gives me the freedom to look into what working life it it is also getting my development higher in the world and at the end will give me a customer service qualification which will allow me to go on to bigger and hopefully better things.
it is good as we have a day where we are off the phones this day allows us top have a day to complete our collage work we also have breaks and lunches on our call days that allow us just enough time to do what we need to do and then crack on with more calls.
