    • I am undertaking my personal license and developing into a supervisor.

    • I am enjoying getting my higher maths grades and opportunities for progression in the pub.

    • We are mostly organised but try to be structured as much as possible.

    • My manager and team are supportive enough.

    • There is a fair bit of support - I received extra maths support which is useful.

    • I am currently being promoted to a supervisor which I feel the qualification may have helped. Also new knowledge gained.
