On a day to day basis the work can be very dull and not very inspiring or interesting. As a consultant you do sometimes just feel like a body that the company uses to earn money from. You are apart of interesting projects but the work you do can be very depressing.
At the start they provide support but after that there is very little help/contact with the organizers of the programme
Very little. They are available to contact by email but do not really offer any support

1 or 2 events have been organised by the programme team but most of these events are have to join in without support of HR. There are a plethora of activities to get involved in Accenture.

I do not believe the consulting industry is one that I think most people would fit into. If you are driven, passionate and do not know what to do, it can be good to learn skills from but the content of ones work is not inspiring
Be skeptical and stand your ground. Do not be intimidated by the size of the company and peoples seniority and forge your own path. Use this as a true work experience-learn as much as possible.
