I am currently working in the commercial team and my general responsibility is reporting on the contract’s performance. As a PFI this involves measuring risk through a payment mechanism and resolving disputes with the Client upon mitigating circumstances. I also ensure we meet all the deadline for the deliverables of the contract. I then advise on areas of improvement based on our findings and laisse with other departments to prevent further failure events and improve the performance of the contact.
Commercial Awareness, dispute resolutions and negotiation, networking
