Customer service, till operating, stock taking, safety checks, stock ordering, keeping an eye out for the kinds playing in the gym, make sure everything is ok, deep clean the whole place at the end of day, take orders from customers, check backs when they are having their meals, clearing tables and floors throughout the day, organising parties and events, making sure we have everything needed
I can always learning new things everyday as things do change, I aim too get even better and try to be the perfect person needed to do my sort of work and make sure my customers have no reason to complain about my services at all. Doing the course just makes me aware of what they are looking for
I enjoyed my programme very much and I bathing it was due to the trainer I had, he made it seem so easy and encouraged me at all times that I bead looking forward to my classes rather than dread it due to all the tests that we have to do
The programme is really well organised, at least I know where I am at all times. It has taught me a lot more and polished my experience in my work so that I do everything the was that is expected of me, I appreciate all that I learnt from this programme
My employer encourages me to do whatever I want if it's to better myself with work, he wants me to do my work at the best level. My employer is always making me aware of all the training and all the other courses available if I am interested to do them
My trainer helping me with my qualifications is so supportive, very understanding and patient, at my age I need that. My first trainer wasn't supportive that I had decided to stop the course then she left and I had a second trainer who was better that the first, the 3rd trainer was the one that made me go through right to thevensy
The qualification has helped me perform better in my role because it taught me the right and best way to do things. Showed me what exactly was expected of me. Just polished up my performances and made me confident of myself and what I was doing, made my job even easier
No, we got no extra curricular activities to get involved in at our work and I don't think there will be as everyone is so busy with living their own lives. We do have a Facebook page which we do communicate through and post whatever we feel but nothing else.
Yes
It's would recommend Greene King to all my friends because it is one of the best companies to work for, the only down thing is the pay, which is minimum wage, otherwise they do give as chance to all, with or without experience, and we do get our discounts to use as well
My tip or advice to give others applying to Greene King would be, give it a go, it's worth it, be it first job or not because they do give you a chance to start somewhere and do not expect you to already have work experience plus they do train you
