As a summer intern the main job is calling and casting financial statements.

The programme is fairly well organised and you have an opportunity to go and work on an onsite audit. On a day to day basis it depends who is in the office, if most of the managers are in their tends to be a lot of work for interns
As much as you require, each intern is provided with a councelling manager and 'buddy'.

Expenses are fully covered by BDO. Lunch is not provided, but is available for reasonable prices in the office.
Yes, there are many social events one can take part in and attend, for example end of month drinks.

The programme provides valuble work experience in a friendly and supportive environment.
Regularly check your emails throughout the process. Have a clear awareness of what auditors do and why you would like experience. Prepare a strong presentation for the interview.
