Identifying errors in mine and colleagues work as I'm becoming more knowledgeable. Telephone and email conversations have developed as my confidence and awareness is increasing. Being able to use new IT programs confidently and help others who are struggling. Construction knowledge as a whole is increasing and I'm now more aware of construction methods and daily activities on site.
I really enjoy my program at Work and University. My work team is motivating and helpful as a team we strive to achieve the best we can for each other which is proving to be successful. The overall programme is meeting my expectations well and I'm happy I've chosen this course because its proving me right.
The programme in general in structured and I'm aware of what the strategy is for me to become qualified. The training from Work and Uni is successful and my knowledge is forever developing. The support and meeting systems i have with my mentors i believe is helpful and working for me to not progress.
I receive support if and when required. I mostly receive support from my mentor on a daily basis as he is the person i work with the most and go to when i have a query. When ever i have required support from my employer they have being very polite and helpful and the issue has always being resolved.
I receive support whenever i require it and the support i receive is sufficient for me to achieve the current qualifications I'm working towards. My tutors are very helpful and always answer my queries quickly when I'm unsure of anything or point me in the right direction for me to succeed.
The Quantity Surveying Qualification I'm undertaking, i believe is the best qualification for my role and for me to gain the most relevant knowledge to become qualified once completed and to perform better at work during. From studying the course i feel i have an upper advantage at my work as i'm learning at Uni and the other way round too.
