    • My role is to develop business opportunities for the UKBU, developing a regional strategy, liaising with key stakeholders and managing key accounts.

    • Yes, the apprenticeship course has helped me develop skills in both reflection and being able manage better but also theory behind strategic decision making and operational management.

    • The programme is structured very well.

    • I have received sufficient support from my employer, however, the day to day still needs to be done so can be challenging at times.
