Engie - Regeneration is a great place to introduce yourself into the Construction world. It is friendly and welcome with a lot of experienced and approachable colleagues. Personally I cam into Engie with zero Construction experience and after 18 months I feel both my knowledge and my skills have improved substantially.
My advice when applying to Engie is to talk to as many people as you can. The value in personalities within Engie is huge and rewarding. There is something new that can be learnt from each and every colleague. Engage yourself and open yourself to the opportunities that are happening within Engie.
