My role is to consult on global clients, assess their needs. Map there current situation and recommend changes. From there implement changes and alter from there. We are also in part time education, so go every 2 months to college and undertake modules based on different it principles and tools.
We have learnt lots of different new skills specifically focused around It. Coding, methods, frameworks, tech, stakeholder management. We have learnt lots to develop lots of different existing skills. We learn something new and develop exisisting skills every time we go back to college. College is in totenham halr at ada
College is hit or miss
The teaching is generally of poor quality. We have learnt lots of different new skills specifically focused around It.
We di get enough support. For our wage, monetary support would e useful.
