Working in product engineering - scoping projects, understanding the customer and what they want from the product. This process involves research, concept drawings, CAD models being created and testing.

Yes, my CAD skills have been developed, and will continuously do so. I have developed my project management and time skills as well as my presentation skills. This includes communication with other colleagues.

This programme has been fantastic, it is well structured and organised with the intent to make you one of the best engineers possible. There are so many opportunities, and the support is brilliant.

The programme has been structured very well. The whole process is developing and supporting you in the right direction - to become a leading engineer. The experiences you receive are some of the best in the industry.

There is continuous support, whether this be through your immediate team, or a mentor in the department. You never feel alone, or like you are out of your depth. You are encouraged in your work all the time, and should you need help there is always someone to ask.

There is support from the training provider, but it is your responsibility to take initiative and see where you need the extra support. The support is beneficial, but you are expected to put the work in to aid this process.

Fairly well - the training provided is good at theory level. In the job role you will be able to apply some of this theory in a practical way. Some of the learning may not be required for some time within the job role though.

Yes, there are plenty of activities and clubs to get involved with. One example is that many people play football together, or join other sporting clubs. There is something for everyone.
