Apprentice DSUM-Tasks-Cleandown Responsible for my own and others saftey for example, wearing the correct PPE Responsible for keeping my work area clean and tidy
Many Skills have been learnt throught the apprenticship so far such as: Time Keeping Respect Hand Skills Commitment
The program is very good. It forms many team working tasks which build our work relationships with others. I enjoy the program very much.
I feel very welcome at BAE Sytems and look forward to spending my future within the company
The induction periods are organised and structured to a high level giving us all the required information to be saft and effective in the workplace. We are given the correct amount of support but only when it is needed.
Support is given when needed, You will not be supported if you do not require or need any support alowing you to get on with set tasks. ~When support is required, you are supported the correct amount to help you complete the set task
Support is given from all departments when needed. Attitudes are always positive when it comes to support.
The salary covers all the potential costs involved in my life.
There are pleanty of opportunities outside of work to do with the local community that you can get involved with if you want to. There are Leisure and sports clubs available all around the country.
