Multi trade role involves me doing different construction roles each day. Building maintenance is the role I'm taking. It's an enjoyable role as I get to experience a little bit of each trade making interesting.
I'm learning new skills each day doing different types of work.
I'm really enjoying the programme as its enabling me to learn useful skills and knowledge for the future.
The structure at college could be better but it's still going ok so far.
My employer has given me support and would do kn the future if I needed any more.
I've not needed any support so far but there is people there for me to use if I need any.
It gives confidence to attempt to do more in my role at work. And with the qualification I have proof I can do the role expected of me.
I've not been involved in any extra-curricular activities yet but if something that interested me came up I would definitely give it a go.
