A day in our role is a typical day within an analysts role within the bank in financial crime , we are exposed to stakeholders and given the change to personally develop 2 days per a week. It has been a life changing scheme as I never believed there was as much to work on as I have found

I have both developed new and existing skills including teamwork, problem solving an leadership. The programme gives you the chance to develop in areas that need the extra attention while also honing your skills in an area in which you are strong. It is a well rounded programme that continues to give
