im a chef so i make sure the kitchen is clean and stocked up at the start of my day and defrost what needs to be defrosted n makeing sure im in correct uniform and on time and check to see if anything needs ordering
yes i have learned a lot of new skills on my course as i had never worked in a kitchen before so everything was new to me i learned how to clean down, cook a range of differnt foods in diffrent ways
i have enjoyed my promgram a lot as i love to cook anyway at home so it was an ideal programme for me and i like the range of skills that this job provieds
i think its a very well organised programme
